Art. 103.

§ 1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych w niniejszym dziale do spółki komandytowej stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy o spółce jawnej, chyba że ustawa stanowi inaczej.

§ 2. Do spółki komandytowej, której umowa została zawarta przy wykorzystaniu wzorca umowy, stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy o spółce jawnej, której umowa została zawarta przy wykorzystaniu wzorca umowy.
