§ 2. Nadanie dziecku nazwiska, o którym mowa w § 1, nie jest dopuszczalne, jeżeli nosi ono nazwisko ojca albo nazwisko utworzone na podstawie zgodnych oświadczeń rodziców dziecka przez połączenie nazwiska matki z nazwiskiem ojca dziecka.
