Art. 78.

§ 1. Mężczyzna, który uznał ojcostwo, może wytoczyć powództwo o ustalenie bezskuteczności uznania w terminie roku od dnia, w którym dowiedział się, że dziecko od niego nie pochodzi. W razie uznania ojcostwa przed urodzeniem się dziecka już poczętego bieg tego terminu nie może rozpocząć się przed urodzeniem się dziecka.

§ 2. Przepisy art. 64 i 65 stosuje się odpowiednio.
