§ 3. Kierownik urzędu stanu cywilnego odmawia przyjęcia oświadczeń koniecznych do uznania ojcostwa, jeżeli uznanie jest niedopuszczalne albo gdy powziął wątpliwość co do pochodzenia dziecka.
