Art. 6114.

§ 1. Dziecko po osiągnięciu pełnoletności może wytoczyć powództwo o zaprzeczenie macierzyństwa w ciągu roku od dnia, w którym dowiedziało się, że nie pochodzi od kobiety wpisanej w akcie urodzenia jako jego matka. Jeżeli dziecko dowiedziało się o tej okoliczności przed dniem osiągnięcia pełnoletności, termin do wytoczenia powództwa biegnie od dnia osiągnięcia pełnoletności.

§ 2. Przepisy art. 64 i 65 stosuje się odpowiednio.
