Art. 182. Dla dziecka poczętego, lecz jeszcze nieurodzonego, ustanawia się kuratora, jeżeli jest to potrzebne do strzeżenia przyszłych praw dziecka. Kuratela ustaje z chwilą urodzenia się dziecka.
