Art. 176. Jeżeli wzgląd na dobro pozostającego pod opieką nie stoi temu na przeszkodzie, opiekunem ubezwłasnowolnionego całkowicie powinien być ustanowiony przede wszystkim jego małżonek, a w braku tegoż – jego ojciec lub matka.
