Art. 171. Jeżeli w chwili ustania opieki zachodzi przeszkoda do natychmiastowego przejęcia zarządu majątkiem przez osobę, która pozostawała pod opieką, albo przez jej przedstawiciela ustawowego lub spadkobierców, opiekun obowiązany jest nadal prowadzić pilne sprawy związane z zarządem majątku, chyba że sąd opiekuńczy postanowi inaczej.
