Art. 165.

§ 1. Sąd opiekuńczy wykonywa nadzór nad sprawowaniem opieki, zaznajamiając się bieżąco z działalnością opiekuna oraz udzielając mu wskazówek i poleceń.

§ 2. Sąd opiekuńczy może żądać od opiekuna wyjaśnień we wszelkich sprawach należących do zakresu opieki oraz przedstawiania dokumentów związanych z jej sprawowaniem.
