Art. 147. Jeżeli dobro pozostającego pod opieką tego wymaga, sąd opiekuńczy wydaje niezbędne zarządzenia dla ochrony jego osoby lub majątku aż do czasu objęcia opieki przez opiekuna; w szczególności sąd opiekuńczy może ustanowić w tym celu kuratora.
