Art. 144¹. Zobowiązany może uchylić się od wykonania obowiązku alimentacyjnego względem uprawnionego, jeżeli żądanie alimentów jest sprzeczne z zasadami współżycia społecznego. Nie dotyczy to obowiązku rodziców względem ich małoletniego dziecka.
