Art. 136. Jeżeli w ciągu ostatnich trzech lat przed sądowym dochodzeniem świadczeń alimentacyjnych osoba, która była już do tych świadczeń zobowiązana, bez ważnego powodu zrzekła się prawa majątkowego lub w inny sposób dopuściła do jego utraty albo jeżeli zrzekła się zatrudnienia lub zmieniła je na mniej zyskowne, nie uwzględnia się wynikłej stąd zmiany przy ustalaniu zakresu świadczeń alimentacyjnych.
