Art. 129.

§ 1. Obowiązek alimentacyjny obciąża zstępnych przed wstępnymi, a wstępnych przed rodzeństwem; jeżeli jest kilku zstępnych lub wstępnych – obciąża bliższych stopniem przed dalszymi.

§ 2. Krewnych w tym samym stopniu obciąża obowiązek alimentacyjny w częściach odpowiadających ich możliwościom zarobkowym i majątkowym.
