Art. 1241. W wypadku gdy rodzice przysposobionego wyrazili przed sądem opiekuńczym zgodę na jego przysposobienie bez wskazania osoby przysposabiającego, nie jest dopuszczalne ustalenie pochodzenia przysposobionego przez uznanie ojcostwa, sądowe ustalenie lub zaprzeczenie jego pochodzenia, ustalenie bezskuteczności uznania ojcostwa.
