Art. 105. Po ustaniu zarządu rodzice obowiązani są oddać dziecku lub jego przedstawicielowi ustawowemu zarządzany przez nich majątek dziecka. Na żądanie dziecka lub jego przedstawiciela ustawowego, zgłoszone przed upływem roku od ustania zarządu, rodzice obowiązani są złożyć rachunek z zarządu. Żądanie to nie może jednak dotyczyć dochodów z majątku pobranych w czasie wykonywania władzy rodzicielskiej.
