Art. 921.

§ 1. Pracownikowi spełniającemu warunki uprawniające do renty z tytułu niezdolności do pracy lub emerytury, którego stosunek pracy ustał w związku z przejściem na rentę lub emeryturę, przysługuje odprawa pieniężna w wysokości jednomiesięcznego wynagrodzenia.

§ 2. Pracownik, który otrzymał odprawę, nie może ponownie nabyć do niej prawa.
