Art. 83.

§ 1. Normy pracy, stanowiące miernik nakładu pracy, jej wydajności i jakości, mogą być stosowane, jeżeli jest to uzasadnione rodzajem pracy.

§ 2. Normy pracy są ustalane z uwzględnieniem osiągniętego poziomu techniki i organizacji pracy. Normy pracy mogą być zmieniane w miarę wdrażania technicznych i organizacyjnych usprawnień zapewniających wzrost wydajności pracy.

§ 3. Przekraczanie norm pracy nie stanowi podstawy do ich zmiany, jeżeli jest ono wynikiem zwiększonego osobistego wkładu pracy pracownika lub jego sprawności zawodowej.

§ 4. O zmianie normy pracy pracownicy powinni być zawiadomieni co najmniej na 2 tygodnie przed wprowadzeniem nowej normy.
