Art. 71. Na wniosek lub za zgodą pracownika pracodawca może zatrudnić go w okresie wypowiedzenia przy innej pracy, odpowiedniej ze względu na jego kwalifikacje zawodowe, a po upływie okresu wypowiedzenia zatrudnić na uzgodnionych przez strony warunkach pracy i płacy.
