Art. 61¹. W razie nieuzasadnionego rozwiązania przez pracownika umowy o pracę bez wypowiedzenia na podstawie art. 55 § 1¹, pracodawcy przysługuje roszczenie o odszkodowanie. O odszkodowaniu orzeka sąd pracy.
