Art. 293. Bieg przedawnienia nie rozpoczyna się, a rozpoczęty ulega zawieszeniu na czas trwania przeszkody, gdy z powodu siły wyższej uprawniony nie może dochodzić przysługujących mu roszczeń przed właściwym organem powołanym do rozstrzygania sporów.
