Art. 246. Członkiem komisji pojednawczej nie może być:

1) osoba zarządzająca, w imieniu pracodawcy, zakładem pracy;

2) główny księgowy;

3) radca prawny;

4) osoba prowadząca sprawy osobowe, zatrudnienia i płac.
