Art. 2375. Minister właściwy do spraw pracy określi, w drodze rozporządzenia, szczegółowe zasady szkolenia w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy, zakres tego szkolenia, wymagania dotyczące treści i realizacji programów szkolenia, sposób dokumentowania szkolenia oraz przypadki, w których pracodawcy lub pracownicy mogą być zwolnieni z określonych rodzajów szkolenia.
