§ 1. Pracodawca jest obowiązany zapewnić, aby prace, przy których istnieje możliwość wystąpienia szczególnego zagrożenia dla zdrowia lub życia ludzkiego, były wykonywane przez co najmniej dwie osoby, w celu zapewnienia asekuracji.

§ 2. Wykaz prac, o których mowa w § 1, ustala pracodawca po konsultacji z pracownikami lub ich przedstawicielami, uwzględniając przepisy wydane na podstawie art. 237¹⁵.
