§ 1. W razie zatrudniania pracownika w warunkach narażenia na działanie substancji chemicznych, ich mieszanin, czynników lub procesów technologicznych o działaniu rakotwórczym, mutagennym lub reprotoksycznym, pracodawca zastępuje te substancje chemiczne, ich mieszaniny, czynniki lub procesy technologiczne mniej szkodliwymi dla zdrowia lub stosuje inne dostępne środki ograniczające stopień tego narażenia, przy odpowiednim wykorzystaniu osiągnięć nauki i techniki.
