Art. 203.

§ 1. Młodocianego nie wolno zatrudniać w godzinach nadliczbowych ani w porze nocnej.

§ 11. Pora nocna dla młodocianego przypada pomiędzy godzinami 2200 a 600. W przypadkach określonych w art. 191 § 21–23 i § 26 pora nocna przypada pomiędzy godzinami 2000 a 600.

§ 2. Przerwa w pracy młodocianego obejmująca porę nocną powinna trwać nieprzerwanie niemniej niż 14 godzin.

§ 3. Młodocianemu przysługuje w każdym tygodniu prawo do co najmniej 48 godzin nieprzerwanego odpoczynku, który powinien obejmować niedzielę.
