§ 1. Pracownik młodociany jest obowiązany dokształcać się do ukończenia 18 lat.

§ 2. W szczególności pracownik młodociany jest obowiązany:

1) do dokształcania się w zakresie ośmioletniej szkoły podstawowej, jeżeli szkoły takiej nie ukończył;

2) do dokształcania się w zakresie szkoły ponadpodstawowej lub w formach pozaszkolnych.
