Art. 1741.

§ 1. Za zgodą pracownika, wyrażoną w postaci papierowej lub elektronicznej, pracodawca może udzielić pracownikowi urlopu bezpłatnego w celu wykonywania pracy u innego pracodawcy przez okres ustalony w zawartym w tej sprawie porozumieniu między pracodawcami.

§ 2. Okres urlopu bezpłatnego, o którym mowa w § 1, wlicza się do okresu pracy, od którego zależą uprawnienia pracownicze u dotychczasowego pracodawcy.
