Art. 1519.

§ 1. Dniami wolnymi od pracy są niedziele i święta określone w przepisach o dniach wolnych od pracy.

§ 2. Za pracę w niedzielę i święto, w przypadkach, o których mowa w art. 15110, uważa się pracę wykonywaną między godziną 600 w tym dniu a godziną 600 w następnym dniu, chyba że u danego pracodawcy została ustalona inna godzina.
