Kodeks pracyArt. 151¹¹. § 1

§ 1. Pracownikowi wykonującemu pracę w niedziele i święta, w przypadkach, o których mowa w art. 151¹⁰ pkt 1–9 i 11 oraz w przepisach ustawy, o której mowa w art. 151^9b, pracodawca jest obowiązany zapewnić inny dzień wolny od pracy:

1) w zamian za pracę w niedzielę – w okresie 6 dni kalendarzowych poprzedzających lub następujących po takiej niedzieli;

2) w zamian za pracę w święto – w ciągu okresu rozliczeniowego.
