§ 1. Systemy i rozkłady czasu pracy oraz przyjęte okresy rozliczeniowe czasu pracy ustala się w układzie zbiorowym pracy lub w regulaminie pracy albo w obwieszczeniu, jeżeli pracodawca nie jest objęty układem zbiorowym pracy lub nie jest obowiązany do ustalenia regulaminu pracy, z zastrzeżeniem § 2–5 oraz art. 139 § 3 i 4.
