Art. 144. Na wniosek pracownika złożony w postaci papierowej lub elektronicznej może być do niego stosowany system czasu pracy, w którym praca jest świadczona wyłącznie w piątki, soboty, niedziele i święta. W tym systemie jest dopuszczalne przedłużenie dobowego wymiaru czasu pracy, niewięcej jednak niż do 12 godzin, w okresie rozliczeniowym nieprzekraczającym 1 miesiąca.
