Art. 137. Do pracowników zatrudnionych przy pilnowaniu mienia lub ochronie osób, a także pracowników zakładowych straży pożarnych i zakładowych służb ratowniczych może być stosowany system równoważnego czasu pracy, w którym jest dopuszczalne przedłużenie dobowego wymiaru czasu pracy do 24 godzin, w okresie rozliczeniowym nieprzekraczającym 1 miesiąca. Przepisy art. 135 § 2 i 3 oraz art. 136

§ 2 stosuje się odpowiednio.
