Art. 126.

§ 1. Rada Ministrów określi w drodze rozporządzenia zakres i szczegółowe zasady stosowania przepisów art. 125 oraz tryb łącznego powierzania mienia.

§ 2. Rada Ministrów, w drodze rozporządzenia, może określić warunki odpowiedzialności za szkodę w mieniu, o którym mowa w art. 124 § 2 i w art. 125:

1) w ograniczonej wysokości, ustalonej tym rozporządzeniem;

2) na zasadach przewidzianych w art. 114–116 i 118.
