Zagraniczne dokumenty urzędowe

Art. 1138. Zagraniczne dokumenty urzędowe mają moc dowodową na równi z polskimi dokumentami urzędowymi. Dokument dotyczący przeniesienia własności nieruchomości położonej w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej powinien być uwierzytelniony przez polskie przedstawicielstwo dyplomatyczne lub urząd konsularny. To samo dotyczy dokumentu, którego autentyczności strona zaprzeczyła.
