Art. 928. W celu dopilnowania praw osoby, której miejsce pobytu nie jest znane i której z powodu nieobecności nie można dokonywać doręczeń, sąd na wniosek komornika ustanowi kuratora do zastępowania osoby nieobecnej. Kurator będzie wykonywał swe czynności także w interesie innych osób, którym w dalszym toku postępowania doręczenia nie będą mogły być dokonane. Kurator może jednak reprezentować równocześnie tylko osoby, których interesy nie są sprzeczne.
