Art. 915.

§ 1. Sąd rozpoznaje wniosek po wezwaniu i wysłuchaniu stron, jeżeli się stawią.

§ 2. Wykaz i przyrzeczenie sąd odbierze niezwłocznie. W uzasadnionych wypadkach sąd może wyznaczyć dłużnikowi termin niedłuższy niż tydzień.

§ 3. Na postanowienie sądu w przedmiocie wyjawienia majątku przysługuje zażalenie. Wniesienie zażalenia nie tamuje wykonania postanowienia o wyjawieniu majątku. Sąd może postąpić stosownie do art. 396.
