Art. 905.

§ 1. Jeżeli zajęta została wierzytelność, z mocy której mają być wydane dłużnikowi na własność ruchomości, będą one wydane komornikowi w miejscu, w którym miały być wydane dłużnikowi. Zajęcie ruchomości dokonane jest przez samo zajęcie wierzytelności o ich wydanie.

§ 2. Dalsza egzekucja z tych ruchomości będzie prowadzona według przepisów o egzekucji z ruchomości.
