§ 1. Bank, który naruszył przepisy dotyczące obowiązków banku w zakresie egzekucji z rachunków bankowych odpowiada za wyrządzoną przez to wierzycielowi szkodę.
§ 2. Przepisy art. 886 stosuje się odpowiednio do pracowników banku winnych niezgodnego z prawem dokonania wypłaty z zajętego rachunku bankowego.
