Art. 857.

§ 1. Dozorca nie odpowiada za pogorszenie, uszkodzenie, zniszczenie lub zaginięcie zajętych ruchomości, jeżeli zachował staranność, do jakiej był obowiązany w myśl przepisu artykułu poprzedzającego.

§ 2. Dłużnikowi nie przysługuje roszczenie do wierzyciela z powodu uszkodzenia lub zaginięcia zajętych ruchomości podczas ich przewożenia, przesyłki lub przechowywania u dozorcy.
