Art. 856.

§ 1. Dozorca lub dłużnik, któremu powierzono dozór, obowiązani są przechowywać oddane im pod dozór ruchomości z taką starannością, aby nie straciły na wartości, i oddać je na wezwanie komornika lub stosownie do orzeczenia sądu albo na zgodne wezwanie obu stron. Jeżeli dozorca lub dłużnik zobowiązany do wydania ruchomości ich nie oddaje, komornik mu je odbiera.

§ 2. Dozorca obowiązany jest zawiadomić komornika o zamierzonej zmianie miejsca przechowania ruchomości.
