Art. 8012. Wierzyciel może zlecić komornikowi poszukiwanie majątku dłużnika, jeżeli w drodze czynności przewidzianych w art. 801 § 1 pkt 1 nie zdołano ustalić majątku pozwalającego na zaspokojenie dochodzonego świadczenia. Poszukiwaniem majątku nie jest realizacja wniosków wierzyciela o zwrócenie się z żądaniem udzielenia informacji do podmiotów wymienionych w art. 761 § 11 pkt 1–6.
