Art. 7751. Komornik, który przyjął wniosek o wszczęcie egzekucji, do prowadzenia której nie jest właściwy według przepisów niniejszego kodeksu, nie może odmówić przyjęcia innych wniosków o wszczęcie egzekucji przeciwko temu samemu dłużnikowi, jeżeli następni wierzyciele wnoszą o przeprowadzenie egzekucji według tych samych sposobów co wcześniejsi wierzyciele.
