§ 1. Postanowienie wydane na posiedzeniu niejawnym sąd z urzędu uzasadnia i doręcza wraz z uzasadnieniem, gdy stronie przysługuje środek zaskarżenia, chyba że przepis szczególny stanowi inaczej.

§ 2. Komornik uzasadnia postanowienie z urzędu, chyba że postanowienie wydano bez spisywania odrębnej sentencji.
