Art. 7602. Organ egzekucyjny, dokonując zajęcia majątku dłużnika albo żądając udzielenia informacji, o których mowa w art. 761 § 11, jest obowiązany podać numer PESEL, NIP lub REGON dłużnika, którego ta czynność dotyczy, jeżeli numery te zostały dłużnikowi nadane, a w razie konieczności także inne dane niezbędne do identyfikacji jego tożsamości.
