Art. 753.

§ 1. W sprawach o alimenty zabezpieczenie może polegać na zobowiązaniu obowiązanego do zapłaty uprawnionemu jednorazowo albo okresowo określonej sumy pieniężnej. W sprawach tych podstawą zabezpieczenia jest jedynie uprawdopodobnienie istnienia roszczenia.

§ 2. W wypadkach wymienionych w § 1 sąd z urzędu doręcza stronom odpis postanowienia o zabezpieczeniu.
