Art. 7523a.

§ 1. Czynność prawna obowiązanego dokonana wbrew zakazowi zbywania lub obciążania nieruchomości, która nie ma urządzonej księgi wieczystej lub której księga wieczysta zaginęła lub uległa zniszczeniu, jest nieważna.

§ 2. Czynność prawna dokonana wbrew zakazowi zbywania spółdzielczego własnościowego prawa do lokalu jest nieważna, jeżeli dokonano wpisu w księdze wieczystej ostrzeżenia o zakazie zbywania tego prawa.
