Art. 63810.

§ 1. Ruchomości i nieruchomości zamieszczone w spisie inwentarza pozostawia się w posiadaniu osób, które nimi władają. Nie dotyczy to ruchomości złożonych do depozytu sądowego.

§ 2. Jeżeli zachodzą podstawy do dokonania zabezpieczenia spadku z urzędu, komornik zawiadamia o tym sąd właściwy do zabezpieczenia spadku.
