Art. 610.

§ 1. W zakresie nieuregulowanym w niniejszym rozdziale do ogłoszenia i orzeczenia stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy o stwierdzeniu nabycia spadku i przedmiotu zapisu windykacyjnego.

§ 2. Jeżeli w terminie wskazanym w ogłoszeniu nikt się nie zgłosi albo zgłaszający się nie wykaże własności, sąd stwierdzi zasiedzenie, jeżeli zostało ono udowodnione.
