Art. 598¹³. Przepisy art. 598⁶–598¹² stosuje się odpowiednio do wykonania orzeczeń wydanych na zasadzie art. 569 § 2, dotyczących odebrania osoby podlegającej władzy rodzicielskiej lub pozostającej pod opieką, a także orzeczeń o umieszczeniu małoletniego w placówce opiekuńczo-wychowawczej lub w rodzinie zastępczej.
