Art. 531.

§ 1. Ogłoszenie o wszczęciu postępowania zamieszcza się w Monitorze Sądowym i Gospodarczym oraz podaje publicznie do wiadomości w miejscu ostatniego zamieszkania zaginionego, w sposób w tym miejscu przyjęty.

§ 2. Sąd może dodatkowo zarządzić podanie ogłoszenia publicznie do wiadomości w inny sposób, jaki uzna za odpowiedni.
